Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://epoxyflooringcontractorocala.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. J.C.M Solutions & Fab reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Epoxy Flooring Installation, Decorative Floor Installation, Epoxy Floor Maintenance, High-Gloss Epoxy Flooring, Concrete Floor Coating provided by J.C.M Solutions & Fab. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to J.C.M Solutions & Fab and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. J.C.M Solutions & Fab may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. J.C.M Solutions & Fab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of J.C.M Solutions & Fab arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify J.C.M Solutions & Fab from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
